Curious what to expect when you request an estimate from Pro-Long Roof Care?
Whether you call or use our message form we are happy to help you get a free quote! We will need your name, address, phone ( in case of questions finding your house) and your email address to send your free estimate to. Don't worry, we don't sell your info or spam you, we just use this to send your estimates and invoices. Did you know most times we don't even need you to be home to provide an estimate? Thats right, if you are looking to get a roof cleaning or gutter install estimate we don't need you to be there. If you have a roof repair, we do ask that you are available to meet with us so we can accurately diagnose your issue. All estimates will include a free roof inspection. If anything is noted at this time, it will be included on your estimate as a separate optional line item.
We use a method for routing our estimates that keeps our estimator in one area each day. We break these estimates up by zones; these include the north end, the eastside, and Seattle. Using this method helps keep costs down for everyone. Once our route is compiled, our estimator does between 8-10 estimates per day. When he has seen your home you can expect to get an emailed estimate within about ten minutes of him seeing your project. If you don't get your estimate, please contact our office via website chat or telephone and we can re-send the quote to you. If you want to get the work scheduled, just let one of our friendly representatives know. We are happy to help.
